Ok guys, here's the 'scoop' on our fundraiser.

General Information

We will be selling Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream at 10 dollars a box. Each box contains 10 pieces of mochi. The flavors that we will be selling are to be determined at a later date but for now i can tell you that you will have a choice between four to six flavors.

How much do i have to sell and why do i have to sell it?

By the size of our club it is reccomended that everyone sell at least 20 boxes. You can sell more than that or you can sell less but remember, however many you sell is pretty much gonna be the quality and amount of the equipment and supplies we get. Although you may have heard that we will be selling this at school i am sorry to inform you that this will proabably not be possible.


How will we be selling this?

Basically the fundraiser works by what is called a "pre-sale" In other words, we will take the orders of however many boxes we want to sell and then turn the money and orders in to the Bubbies people. So, at our next meeting expect to recieve the following:

Your Order Form
An information sheet that discribes what you are selling
An Envelope to hold the Order Form and the money you recieve for it.

How will we be able to pick up the Ice Cream?

After selling your Ice Cream and turning in the money there will be a pickup date on an undecided date (Somewhere in early November)
So, here's how it will work:
After you have sold your Ice Cream turn the money and the forms in to Kyler Tandal where the money will be turned in by Kevin Oshiro. From there we will give you tickets that you can turn into us on the day of the pickup to recive your Ice Cream. After that, it is up to you to give the tickets to the people you sold Ice Cream to or to get the Ice Cream yourself and deliver it to them.

Here's Two ways you can run your orders
Order->Sell->Turn In->Recieve Ticket->Distribute Ticket->Redeem Ice Cream
Order->Sell->Turn In->Recieve Ticket->Redeem Ice Cream->Distribute Ice Cream
